Before we ever scrubbed our first office or polished our first floor, we were deep in the fast-paced world of restaurant and event service — managing kitchens, coordinating banquets, and leading hospitality teams where cleanliness, presentation, and precision were non-negotiable.

It was behind the scenes, during the late nights and early mornings, that we realized something:
